I have a Windows network that has two domains, the domains trust each other. There is an exchange server in one domain only, however users and computers in both domains will open mailboxes in outlook. I have an issue where users can open their own mailbox with no issue, however any delegated mailboxes will not expand to open in outlook. Users can read team calendars but can not add to the calendars even if they have delegated access. I want these issues resolved. Thank you.

Hello, i'm a system engineer and have worked with AD and exchange for years. i can check what cause the issues with (functional) mailboxes. if users can add/see the chared calendars that probabbly mean there is some permissions issues or maybe some GPO's. it can happen that the permissions (even if granted) are not applied. i'll need the RDP access and exchange access. if you have any questions don't hesitate to contact me. have a good day
