zip command on windows not working correct at command line

zip dir: ' ', glob: ' ', zipfile: '[login to view URL]'
What does "glob:" do and how does it work? <<<<problem needs answer

cd \app
zip dir: ' ', glob: ' ', zipfile: '[login to view URL]'
\app\xfile1
\app\xfile2
Server B \app\bin
\app\yfile1 already exists
\appyfile2 already exists
cd \app
unzip [login to view URL]
\app\xfile1 should be in \app\bin <<<<problem needs answer
\app\xfile2 should be in \app\bin <<<<problem needs answer

Hello, Actually, zip or unzip is not a valid command in Windows command or even in PowerShell. It should be a part of Ruby or the other packages. Were you able to run the first command on Windows?
