API expert and Windows desktop

Hi there, This project is for who has expierence in Windows APP development and CALLS API in microsoft. If you dont have any experience in such things then please dont waste time. Please check full requirements here: - The application must be able to parse the incoming phone number on desktop version of Microsoft Teams. If it also works on the web version, that’s ok, but only the web version is not enough. - The application must show a popup on an incoming call. • The popup must first show a button if the relational card in Salesforce must be opened or not. - The application must use the current logged in credentials in Salesforce to open the account page of the current caller, based on the incoming phone number. - the application must be installable on different devices, preferably an MSI so that I can distribute this application with Microsoft Endpoint Manager. - I must be able to change the Microsoft tenant so that I can use the application for different Microsoft tenants. - I must be able to start and stop the application.
