Auto click Extension

Hi, please be proficient in making/creating extensions. Please have 2+ years experience in google chrome extensions and creating them. This is a simple extension, but I would like you to know what you’re doing so this can take as less time as possible. This extension will click 2 buttons: first button will be on a site and the next one will be on a google chrome pop-up. However, this extension must be lightning fast, to the point when when the site is opened in the browser, the button is pressed as soon as the site loads. This extension should be no more than $50 and should take no more than a week to create in my opinion, but I am willing to pay up to $100. Thanks for looking
