Chrome extension installer/uninstaller

I'm fairly good with powershell and windows so I should be able to get it to you in a day or two

Hey! I already have a powershell script that installs/uninstalls chrome extensions and also white-listing them with the GPO. In our company standard users are not allowed to install their own extensions so that's the reason but maybe you won't need this part :)

I have worked with Google Chrome add-ons. Please don't hesitate to tell me what you have done so far with the addon, what files has access to and I will manage the batch script (including some powershell commands).
