I need a windows software which will have the following features
1> A window in which we will define which Skype/Microsoft accounts can be used to sign into Skype.
2> User can only sign into those Skype accounts which are defined above (in point -1).
3> While installing we will define a password which will be required to open and uninstall the software.
4> Software can't be closed from task manager so that user can't close it.
