QR code reader system

Good day! We hope you are well! Looking for someone with Wordpress experience to set up a QR code system for our recipe book. This book comes with QR codes inside which take the reader to a private link where the recipe and other media will be displayed for them. We need a button that opens the phone / computer camera to read a QR code on the physical recipe book. QR codes must be able to be read by computer cameras and mobile phones. Resources 1. The best example we could find of the type of QR system we need is this government website from Chile where we first used it with our mobility passes and vaccine information. FOR EXTRA PAY : We are also looking for someone who will put together a general guide that includes any code / apps / plugins used necessary to achieve the QR code system.
