Create a form in Wordpress that will write data to a PDF file and email it

I need to create a form in my Wordpress installation that will write the input data to a PDF template (template attached). Take a look at the PDF template (2020 Opplysningsskjema bruktbåt for [login to view URL]).. 1. All fields from this template must be in the form that must be created in Wordpress. (Here is an example of a similar form in Wordpress, need something like this, but it should look more professional. Link: [login to view URL]) 2. After the user has filled out all fields from the template the user can select "preview input data" to see how the pdf will look when sending the data. If the user sees any errors in the preview, he must have a button to select "edit" or "send data". 3. When the user has select "send data" a complete PDF will be sent to the e-mail entered in the plugin data. This email address must be possible to change. And please note that the PDF sent must be 100% similar to the PDF template (2020 Opplysningsskjema bruktbåt for [login to view URL]). So all data from the form must be inserted in this PDF, with all the same pages. I already have a similar system like this on this website, so you can find information about how this has been done there also. I think maybe Gravity forms and Gravity2PDF plugins could be used. But please use any better plugins if there are any. This work has to be completed within the next week.
