Dreamweaver to Worpress Conversion for a Restaurant

I am looking for a contractor to migrate my restaurant client’s Dreamweaver site into a modern Wordpress site that works well in the hospitality industry. This needs to be built using an up to date, mobile responsive Wordpress theme. The site needs to include a Visual Composer/WP Bakery backend editor and the contact forms using Contact form 7 as well as the following plugins which are required: Yoast, Wordfence Security, Updraft Plus (backups to be scheduled), Duplicate Page, Insert Headers Footers. The site will also need a blog page with social sharing buttons, Publicize, Mailchimp and [login to view URL] Live Chat. The site needs to look as similar to the original as possible (if not identical) however if there are good reasons to adjust / update certain features or elements these recommendations may be considered. I need the SSL and email setup, as well as the existing booking system to be mirrored to integrate with their booking calendar. There are currently 57 indexed URLs to be copied across from Dreamweaver site. In migrating to the new CMS however, there needs to be some optimisation of images etc as you will be aiming for a site load speed in under 3 seconds. I need this job done quickly and so if you can't turn this around in a week or two max, please don't apply. The job is complete when site fully tested and pushed live on client's domain.
