Extend Wordpress Functionality into a separate plugin

Split payment processor and site speed We own an event ticketing site. This site is wordpress based and must implement a system where the cost of ticket is sent to event author and fee is sent to site owner. Must create a section where: 1. Lists past events that have been paid, and current events which need to be paid (2 different tabs) 2. Payouts will be daily at 1200am Eastern for events that have ended within 24hrs 1159 previous day to 1200am current day (currently payments are listed as tickets sold and fee is listed as service fee) 3. After payout, listing will move to paid list section detailing author name, amount paid, and fees paid. 4. Paid payout needs to be listed on author front end "past events" tab in their "my events" page and include date and amount of payout as well as name of event (site fee not listed)
