Fix wowza configs and custom java wowza module

WOWZA STREAMING ISSUES. Their may be some other issues with the server configurations which is causing this issue or some other issues so I need a Wowza expert but the main issue is this below. I need a Wowza Java module programmer to fix the current issues on my system. When producing Live streams to my website the work flow is supposed to be like this. THIS IS WHAT I WANT. Send live stream > Wowza records > Wowza posts to my wordpress channel of the video > Video is then optimized to allow playback from original higher bitrates. Rules – IE if bitrate is lower than 1,500 then just leave the video file a lone, if the bitrate is over 1,500 then convert it to 1,500 and keep the same file name. I am assuming this is done with FFMPEG. (I chose to do it this way because I do not want to use resources up with disk space with 3 versions of the same file) What it used to do initially is Send live stream > Wowza records > Wowza posts to wordpress channel the video. No optimization. Whatever what was send got posted whether it was 5000 bitrate or 500k. It did work like this at one time at least all the videos got posted but that’s not what it does now. What it’s doing now is – Send Live Stream > Wowza records > SOMETIMES posts to my wordpress channel, SOMETIMES does not but will create 2 files in the content directory the original .mp4 file and a “encoded” .mp4 - Anytime a file engages in this “encode” manner the videos do NOT post. THE PROBLEM IS I AM DROPPING HALF MY CONTENT. THE PROBLEM CONTINUES BECAUSE I HAVE NO WAY TO INJECT OR POST VIDEOS ONCE THIS PROCESS FAILS. Someone attempted to implement the optimization routine but was unsuccessful. This has been an ongoing intermittent issue for a while now and it is a huge thorn in my side. I can provide you the uncompiled Wowza module code even. I imagine the issue is about a few lines of code really, but seems quite specialized in nature for someone to fix it. It is a HUGE priority to do this quickly before the next show. I will deposit and fund the milestone but nobody is getting paid until I have this functionality fixed and the CODE module documented and Wowza information with what was done.
