Migrating Business Listings from one directory website to another (export/import)

Hi, I'm currently in the middle of moving my directory site over to a new theme, unfortunately when i export to .CSV from my old website and then go to import to my new website everything imports fine but the images don't show up, they are all grey'd out in the media library and they are white on the front end. Also the new theme seems to be slightly different when it comes to the time format so also the business listings times are not moving over. I'm sure this isn't the biggest job in the world but to save me sitting here scratching my head and trying to figure it out i would like to employ someone to do it for me. I would also like to move over all my blogs, blog comments and business reviews and ideally galleries too. I currently have two old sites you can pull from, one is listify and one is listingpro... i am now moving over to the wilcity theme. Can anyone help me out? Thanks
