I need this done in the next couple of hours. This is the website with the booking form [login to view URL] In the 1st step, I need the checkbox list checked (at-least 1) before the "next" button is allowed to be clicked to proceed to the next step. The same thing on Step 2, at least 1 selection is required before proceeding to the next step. and if they go back to Step 1, the list of symptoms needs to be visible.
