I need a website and an app

Hello , I need you to develop a website and an app of that website. This website only for payments. I'll tell you how this website should work. Consider A, B and C. A is the admin or owner of the store. B(B1, B2, B3, B4..) is the one who supplies product to the store. C(C1, C2, C3...)is the one who looks after the store instead of owner. Now when b and c visit the site they should be able to register as supplier and care taker. There should be separate login option for customers to pay. Now when customer logins and pays the money should be divided between owner , suppliers and caretakers. There is only one onwer but many suppliers and caretakers.
