Ideally, we would like a person who can help with all or most of the following tasks. 1. Application support by email and phone 2. New client onboarding 3. Ongoing training and webinars 4. Creating Helpguide, software demo videos and how-to videos 5. Collecting user and application issues and escalating to the development team 6.
