Upgrade Small Website With No Header and No Background $50

Small older website made with two columns and no background, no header, mostly text. In the right sidebar are small images with descriptions going down the page, each going to a specific item page when clicked on. We need this website to pass the Google Mobile Friendly test, and be wider for modern devices and browsers. We will provide an update to the homepage content, the content on the specific item pages, and provide a few new specific items. No ecommerce. No header. No background. I know WordPress and WP-Bakery and a little CSS and could make edits in the future. For the items on the right sidebar, you could make them into a service or a news or an item....each time you add one it adds a new small image with some text in the right sidebar, if you click on that image or text it goes to that items page, which also has no header and no background, just images and text. I will send everything in 2 to 3 pages in a word document if hired. Work live on our server only. Backup your work daily. Unlimited changes until we approve the work.
