This is ecommerce website that connects restaurants with local suppliers.
It is to eliminate the need of calling, faxing, or going to separate suppliers websites for products. From the convenience of your phone or computer, you can shop and order all your food and supplies from your suppliers and local suppliers.
There will be two mobile apps: Supplier App, Vendor App (Android & IOS)
There will be a WooCommerce Website with Admin Panel
Those are the required features to be configured in the WooCommerce Solution
Vendor:
- Register profile
- Look through suppliers offers
- Make an order to one supplier and request a quotation.
- The supplier will receive the request and reply with a quotation.
- The vendor can accept or reject, or reply with counter offer.
- The vendor can make a periodical subscription with a vendor. (For example monthly subscription to provide goods).
- The vendor can manage his subscriptions.
- The vendor can see his orders history and can re-order one of his past orders with one click.
- The vendor can see reports for his transactions.
- The vendor might post a public order so suppliers can look through it and make offers.
Supplier:
- Add/Edit/Delete his goods to the catalog so vendors can search for them.
- Reply to quotation requests through the system.
- The supplier information will be anonymous to the vendor before the deal is done.
- The supplier may make offers to public orders from vendors.
- The supplier may adjust prices on his existing subscriptions.
Admin:
- Full control for everything in the system:
- Add/Edit/Delete Vendors/Supplier/Deals/Orders/
- The business model is like this:
- The admin will take percentage from both, the supplier and vendor.
- There will be generic percentage for all orders, then the admin can adjust it. The admin can also add a percentage specific for an order.
- The payment: At this stage, the payment will be out of the system. The system will only record the transactions.
- The supplier will be responsible for collecting the payment from the vendor on delivery.
- The payment plugin we need PayFort or Paytabs gateway.
- There should be reports that any user can generate: Admin, Supplier, Vendor.
