flash rtmp player needed

I need a flash player to play playlist composed by 2 elementes 1) a mp3 file 2) a wowza rtmp stream. Is for a radio station. The idea is to send a commercial to the radio listener before listening the stream. Shoutcast is the server for streaming in AAC format and Wowza for RTMP. The player must have a display panel for showing text messages during the stream. It must have a xml config file to set the mp3 to be played after the stream.
