Partnership Agreement

The project was completed quickly and she was very professional. Would certainly consider hiring again. Very responsive, and full of ideas although some had been dealt with or were not applicable. However, it was good of her to raise them rather than ignore. Given that we were asking her to work on a legal project which was outside of her qualified jurisdiction, some of her expertise was not entirely applicable to us, but we knew that going in and she did exactly the job we expected. So, the expertise was only marked mid-level because of the jurisdiction issue.
