The only reason to hire these guys for a project will be to waste a time; they are incompetent. You will end up wasting your days and months and get nothing, and you will be skewed entering a project agreement with them; because they will disregard all its terms and deliver nothing. They will feed you with unreliable and unstable promises to keep you hopping endlessly until you could not wait longer. The only thing you would get over and over is a demo video and not real work done on your project. Everything you have read is a few of my experiences with these guys. I awarded them a project and for about 30 days from the day the agreement went into force, they could not show any work done for a project that requires them one or two times weekly update of work done. The only thing I received over all the times wasted is a demo video. I wasted the early months of my new year 2020, waiting and trusting empty promises from these guys, and got nothing. I do not recommend them for any job.
