I have 15+ years of experience in an Engineering College in abroad as Personal Assistant/Executive Secretary. During this period, I was responsible for administration and management of the division, and liaising with staff, students, suppliers, clients and international offices. Some of the tasks assigned to me are: Preparing letters, presentations and reports/minutes; Attending telephone calls; Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments; Data management and filing; Organizing meetings; Booking tickets, transport and accommodation; Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems; etc.
Apart from this, I have around 10 years’ experience as Steno-Secretary in various organisations in Mumbai.
I have vast knowledge in Excel, Word Processing, PowerPoint, Access, etc., and good speed in typing and short-hand. Also have working knowledge in Tally.
