I've had experiences in a variety of capacities where I have developed a strong sales, organizational and customer relationship skill set. It honed my ability to manage conflict and deal with different types of individuals.
I am very much committed and determined to excel in what I do. I always enjoy learning new things and I am open to corrective feedback as I believe that is how I will learn and do things better.
My background includes serving as a Sales Representative, Customer Service, Technical Support and Sales Admin Support in call centers here in the Philippines. Most recently, I worked as a Sales Admin, where my responsibilities included handling customer issue, processing registrations, and quotes. I also worked as a customer service for Google and for a major telco in Australia which is Optus. I gained considerable Sales skills during my employment as a Sales Representative for Capital One.
