I've been in the BPO industry for almost 8 years now. I was involved for both back office and phone calling services. I started as an entry level in a BPO back office process as a transcriber for 2 years which helps improve my typing and listening skills. After working in a back office process I tried voice account and I worked with various telecommunication company like AT&T, Telstra and T-Mobile as customer service representative. I also worked with IBM (international business machine) as technical support representative. With all those experiences I gained in the past couple of years in the BPO industry I manage to work my way up to the middle management and work as a team leader or operations supervisor. Call center industry is pretty much my whole working experience so I am confident with all the knowledge and skills that I gained all throughout my career which makes me best candidate for your project.
