We derive with new concept setup the whole store with our team including planning of the fixtures, wall, ceiling, & flooring,this also includes display set ups, prints, merchandising placement, mannequin styling, thought to economise the cost and give a volatile and vibrant creative end ides to the store as Visual merchandising tends to boost sale, along with brand building, and create a strong store impact in customer mind. • Recruit, interview, select, train, guide, lead and evaluate staff to support and grow sales/profits. Conducts new employee orientations; completes new hire paperwork and submits to Human Resources per required time lines. • Merchandise setup and signage are accurate in designated areas. Process and replenish merchandise on the sales floor by moving merchandise from receiving area, monitoring merchandise flow. Supervise tagging of merchandise and verify accuracy. • Field store requests to support store-centric commitment to customers, customer service and sales.
