Bendon's skilful product designers create sensual, intimate apparel for women and men. I capture and express each item's quality using phrases like "silken caress" and "je ne sais quoi", seducing customers into indulging themselves or others. I then rewrite a little more of our website content including: landing pages, FAQs, emails, articles, press releases and the Freelancer.com blog

If you are an Australian PayPal user, you have encountered my work, whether it was an email or a page you visited before January 1 2010. I also improved customer service content by shrinking the number of FAQs from 1000 to just 300, and rewrote them all! This resulted in a jump in satisfaction from 8% to 27% in 3 years.
