We want to have all employees send out emails with a standard design for their email signature. We are using https://www.codetwo.com/email-signatures/ to make sure the same signature is applied to all emails.

We want a modern design for our new email signature. The design will incorporate the following elements.

1) our company logo - see attached - called Clickhome.jpg
2) Fields for employee name, job title, email address, office phone, mobile (optional)
3) Links to.. our normal website http://www.clickhome.com.au
4) Links to our online support page http://support.clickhome.com.au
5) A linked in logo /link to the employees Linked In account (optional)
6) A small advertising banner for any current promotions/seasonal information

Attached is a file called PreviousClickHomeSignature.jpg as an example of what we have had the past...

To claim the prize - you will need to provide a HTML layout that can be used in the codetwo software, licence for any required artwork (ie no extra costs), adobe PSD for sample banners (minimum 2)

Clarification and suggestions..

1) Not a logo competition - some entries are logo only - so a reminder that it is for a signature block for business email, not a logo competition. Please dont use anything but the provided logo.

2) Use White background - some entries have provided examples with blue or dark blue backgrounds. i appreciate providing the entries - but it has made me realise that i prefer a white background.. keep in mind it is a signature block that goes out in the email - we don't want it to be clean and professional, but the rest of the email should have more important information and we don't want to make the signature block too bold or have too much impact..
