One more contest that wasted my time. I am starting to "love" freelancer contests.

What happened with "the contest holder has up to 14 days after the contest closes to declare a winner." A few days back when I was looking at the FAQs, it said that if the contest holder doesn't choose a design in 14 days and the contest is guaranteed, the money will be divided between the participants.

Please make your contest "Sealed". You will get a lot more designs this way. Web developers don't like open contest because a lot of people are coping from others designs.
