Hello All,

We are looking for a freelancer to help us build our website. Currently we have our domain name, a sketch of the design we want, most of the banners and graphics that will be used and the text so designing work is pretty minimal I guess.

But still we need full support on technical bits and on the design of the website. We will be providing visuals and text of the website. We have already decided on the general structure of the site which can be found in the attachment. Please do take a look at these drawings as they are exactly what wee need. So the actual design of the page is ready. We need an expert, especially on technical bits, as we are almost done with the designs but need help on below items and of course if there is anything that is neede but not mentioned below.

1. Guide us to Determine and arrange the hosting package.
2. Guiding us through Website navigation/Website content, Text/Graphics and Web buttons (we already have the graphics, text and banners ready so this will only include guidance no major work)
3. Website design, software and development
4. Search engine optimization
5. Search engine submission - Google, Yahoo!, MSN, AOL, and Ask.com. DMOZ , Yndex, and Searchit.com too.
6. Guiding us through advertising on Yahoo or Google Adwords

We would like the site to be very user friendly, easy to navigate and tidy. For now we do not have too much text but we beleive we would increase the information in time. Since we are a new company it is very very crucial for us to appear on top of the search engines when certain words are searched so you would need to guide us as to how to accomplish this.

You can see below a general information about our company.

Our company name is LaunchIstanbul (Istanbul being a city in Turkey, sorry sometimes it is not remembered) and for trademark reasons we need to use Istanbul in our name as Launch was already taken. we are just establishing the company and the main idea is that we provide full service to companies from abroad who want to open up an office in Turkey/Istanbul. These include finding office space, hiring new employer, travel-hotel-transportation arrangements, finding suppliers, equipment etc.

The crucial items for you would be that we want to be smart looking-business combined with young, innovative energetic. Our target audience is high managers who will be running the managerial tasks of establishing an office so we cannot be all that colourful but you would need to find a way to blend these. The key treats that we have set for ourselves are: dynamism, know-how, innovation, capability, creativity, resource, teamwork.

Pretty much all submitted designs so far are either stolen or free templates you can find online. I don't understand why those "freelancers" are not banned yet.
