-I am supplying company-log and text.
-This is a one-side design (no back side).
-I am supplying a sample but you can change the look however you like. You can add borders, lines, color or brighten it up where you chose...
-I will likely give preference to a brighter look.
-As for the logo, you might consider changing the light blue color on "ag services" to another color.
-The background on the sample is blue but you can try other colors if you believe you have a better look for it.

The company is agricultural (farming walnuts and almonds in California in the United States).
The logo is designed to look similar to farming logos from the 1940s and 1950s. Especially logos found on old fruit boxes.
It may be helpful to keep some of this imagery in your mind.
