Our company has been facing a serious problem.

Some hacker gained access to our mailbox and ruined the whole host, Now the host was blocked, we contacted the CPANEL Support team about the problem
theytold us that we should respect these 3 Steps in order to finally avoid these issues.
1. Scan the account as well as computers and devices used to maintain your websites or log into your email accounts for the presence of viruses, backdoors, or other malware, and remove them if found.
2. Immediately change all hosting-related access passwords and passwords to all the email accounts on it and replace them with strong, hard-to-guess ones
3. Verify that the operating system and other third-party and custom software including CMS installations, themes, modules, scripts, and plugins (e.g. Joomla!, WordPress, etc.) are updated to the latest stable versions and patched and that you have an appropriate firewall and effective antivirus software in place.
4. Enable 2FA for cPanel.
