I need a Joomla template that allows users to register and then upload their images to my web server. During the user registration process, according to the new Data Protection Act in Europe (DSGVO), the user will be informed about private data processing on this website, use of cookies, etc.
This means I need a pop-up window with a checkbox for it. The confirmation of the user must be stored in the database. Otherwise, the user can not register.

Before final uploading the files, the user must confirm that he is the owner of the intellectual property of the content provided, and he is responsible and liable after the publication in case of possible infringement by third parties.

The administrator should be able to select at least one of the pictures and publish them together with the short project description (see screenshots) in social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
Each user may only have access to his own space and may only see his own content.

The required solution should only have a small landing page with a login field or work via an invitation link and the options mentioned.

After awarding of the web design contest winner I will hire this person additional USD 30 to finish this project. I need it as soon as possible.
