I want to make a professional wordpress template for a web marketing/SEO/brand management company.

It should be based on Wordpress and relate well to the uploaded artwork. If you are going to customize an existing theme that is fine. The only design preference I have is that the theme is RESPONSIVE 100%.

Structure:
- The HOMEPAGE should be a single page "parallax" style scroll.
- Supporting pages will be built with VisualComposer. [https://vc.wpbakery.com/]
- A header with left justified logo and a horizontal menu to the right side. The header including logo and horizontal menu should float at the top of the page when scrolling down on supporting pages.

Use a logo attached. Please do not modify the logo.

The task will be done in 3 parts:
1. I will review design of a HOME PAGE ONLY and select my favorites with 5 stars.
2. I want that top design to be further developed with all pages and be uploaded for a test on a test web-site. (you will need to make it available for the test)
3. A winner will be selected from the top design
