Hi!

Deliverables:
We're looking for a logo that is minimalistic, bold, and modern for the name/brand "Jay Lucas" with the tag line: "Can Do!". On top of that, we're looking for a graphic that goes with the stated text. The graphic can be integrated as part of the whole design or next to the text. This logo will be utilized in the American political scene. Further directions can be explored below.

Branding Backdrop:
With the principles of freedom, human dignity, and community serving as its core values, Can Do is a doctrine committed to the re-establishment of obligation to community through the belief that when combined, the provision of substantive socio-economic opportunity and the power of positive thinking can unleash full human potential throughout American communities. It serves as the essence of the Jay Lucas brand.

The Jay Lucas brand voice exerts positivity and optimism under any and all circumstances. It is persistently solution orientated, even in the face of adversity or challenges.

Graphic guidelines:
- We like a graphic(s) that embodies positivity and patriotism (ex: sunrise, American flag...etc).
- Please refer to the attached file for the cover of Jay Lucas' book where we love the motif of the American flag and the Sunrise
- We would like the graphic to be minimalist and easily recognizable.

Visual/Color Identity:
- The Jay Lucas visual identity utilizes modern typography standards and contemporary interpretations of the traditional red, white, and blue to offer a unique, yet recognizable brand image that pays tribute to the past while also symbolizing progress and growth in the future.
- feel free to use colors from the attached file as reference (red, navy, white, golden sun, orange...etc)
