Creation of Design Sheets for Martial Arts School

**Project Description:**
We are seeking a talented graphic designer to create three professional presentation sheets for our martial arts school. These sheets will be used in sales conversations to visually convey the specific benefits of our training program to potential members.

**Objective:**
Each sheet should visually highlight a specific benefit of our training program:
1. Boosting Self-Confidence
2. Development of Defense Skills
3. Physical and Mental Balance

**Format and Software:**
- Size: 20x30 cm
- Software: Photoshop or PowerPoint
- The final files should be editable to allow later insertion of photos.

**Design Requirements for Each Sheet:**

**Sheet 1: Boosting Self-Confidence**
- Title: "Stärkung des Selbstvertrauens durch Kampfsport" (Boosting Self-Confidence Through Martial Arts)
- Main Elements: Before-and-after images (dummy placeholders), short quotes, infographic on building self-confidence.
- Quote: "Seit mein Sohn im Training ist, hat sich sein Selbstvertrauen enorm verbessert. Er tritt jetzt viel sicherer auf und ist auch in der Schule selbstbewusster geworden. - Design should use vibrant, positive colors like blue or green.

**Sheet 2: Development of Defense Skills**
- Title: "Lernen, sich zu verteidigen" (Learning to Defend Yourself)
- Main Elements: Images of defense techniques (dummy placeholders), safety aspects, short quotes.
- Quote: "Mein Sohn wurde früher oft geärgert, aber seit er Kampfsport trainiert, hat er gelernt, sich zu behaupten. Letztens konnte er eine unangenehme Situation in der Schule sicher und selbstbewusst lösen, ohne Gewalt anzuwenden. Ich bin so stolz darauf, wie er gelernt hat, sich selbst zu schützen und gleichzeitig Ruhe zu bewahren." - Eine erleichterte Mutter (My son used to be teased often, but since he started martial arts training, he has learned to stand up for himself. **Sheet 3: Physical and Mental Balance**
- Title: "Körperliche und geistige Ausgeglichenheit durch Kampfsport" (Physical and Mental Balance Through Martial Arts)
- Main Elements: Photos of training activities (dummy placeholders), health benefits, an embedded quote.
- Quote: „Durch das regelmäßige Training hat meine Tochter nicht nur körperlich an Stärke gewonnen, sondern sie hat auch gelernt, ihren Stress besser zu managen. Ihre Lehrer haben bemerkt, wie fokussierter und ausgeglichener sie jetzt ist.“ - Ein dankbarer Vater (Through regular training, my daughter has not only gained physical strength but has also learned to manage her stress better. **Additional Requirements:**
- Each sheet should have a clean, focused layout with plenty of white space and a clear structure that highlights the different elements.
- The files should provide space for later addition of own pictures and be easy to adjust.
- A visual call-to-action should be subtly integrated into each design.

**Deliverables:**
- PSD or PPT files for each sheet
- A brief description of the design concept
