I'm in need of a creative and skilled animator. The requirement is for a custom loading animation for a mobile app and website.

The theme for this animation is based on a person tuning a taanpura or tabla. The style I have in mind is illustrative, but open to other ideas as well.

Therefore, your skills and experience should ideally include:
- Proficiency in making animated illustrations.
- Experience in creating custom animations for mobile apps.
- Understanding of and competence in integrating animations into mobile apps and websites
- Familiarity with the aesthetics of a taanpura or tabla or South Asian music, not required but preferred.
