Hello!
I need a new layout for a brochure. The size will be 11"x17" folded to 8.5"x11" (4 pages total).

This is a quick reference guide for our salespeople. The current design (attached) is bad. We want something that looks more professional and more efficiently laid out. Please don't worry too much about the content at this point, I'm more interested in a new look.

I've attached our logo in a few formats. I've also attached our old tip sheet (bad), as well as a 'new design idea' that I like that could give you some ideas for a new design.

Update:
1. The client's existing document is the 'old tip sheet'. It has the sky and a road in the background. The images aren't clear and when the text is added on top, it looks sloppy and unprofessional. We're looking for a corporate, clean, professional look and feel. The client's primary colors are navy blue and light blue. Feel free to use them!
2. Whatever designer wins this contest will have an opportunity for more work to help with putting text onto the winning design template. This extra work will pay in addition to the contest prize!
