M.D. Housecalls is a visiting physician practice located in central Indiana. We are in need of a creative, clean logo to represent our practice. The practice will provide medical service to patients in their homes.

Some elements that could be used in the design include but are not limited to:

House
medical
use of whitespace
Retro design
flat design


If the logo design is selected we may also pay extra for letterhead, email template, business card etc design.
