This is for a Tiki Bar. They want to keep a tropical theme. The name should have "Dublin Deck"

Some ideas, use dolphins for the circular border.
Parrot on top or somewhere
Sun in background.
Some water.
Colorful flowers. Palm trees. Bamboo, ...
