Freelancer Contest: Design a few pages (including cover) of a luxury brochure showcasing our exquisite hotel properties, amenities, floor plans, and services.

Project Overview:
We are looking to hire someone to complete a 20-30 page luxury brochure after we choose the winner.

Client: www.hotela.co.jp

Cover: The cover needs to be stunning and luxurious! Appealing to the eye.
Content: Property images and descriptions, Floor plans, amenity images and description, company concept and vision.

Inspiration: Think Rolex, think Hermes – this brochure should ooze opulence and sophistication. Big images that capture the reader.

Contest Guidelines:

・Your design should reflect our brand's luxury essence.
・Create a visually stunning, cohesive brochure with meticulous attention to detail.
・Include captivating imagery, elegant typography, and innovative layouts.
・Highlight the unique features of each property, including floor plans and services.
・Embrace creativity while maintaining a sense of timeless luxury.

Submission Details:
Submit your entry in a high-resolution digital format.

The winner will be awarded a contract to work with us to complete the brochure.
The brochure needs to be print ready either in Adobe Illustrator or Indesign

Attached are just some samples, be as creative as you like. we can decide on dimensions later but I think we like a square or rectangle look.
