Please re-design my logo that I use as a career coach and life coach. Please base the design on my current logo - in the file attached

The new logo's set-up and color (deep purple) should stay the same as the current logo: 3 purple guys that represent the 3 phases of coaching (see the attached file or check my site: www.yourwaycoaching.be)

Guy 1 sits on the floor, is sad and helpless
Guy 2 is getting up from the floor. He is no longer helpless as he's getting a grip on his life.
Guy 3 is standing up straight. hands raised in triumph. He feel strong and happy as is shown by his entire body language.

I ll use the logo for commercial goals including my website: www.yourwaycoaching.be
