This mailer template will be used for a hotel, it needs to be designed in a clean and fresh feel.

The content of the mailer will be for receiving a feedback (survey) on the visitors stay at the hotel.

The design needs to include desktop and mobile versions.

The mailer needs to include those elements (sections)
• Overall rating with 5 stars options
• Textbox for a short feedback
• Another larger textbox for a more detailed feedback if the visitor will want to fill in.
• Cleanness during your stay? (5 stars options)
• Reception kindness and attitude? (5 stars options)
• Food and Beverages? (5 stars options)
• Maintenance level? (5 stars options)
• General staff kindness and attitude? (5 stars options)

Logo is attached

Of course, also the top and bottom general mailers info such as “Having trouble submitting your review? {click_here} to fill out the form.” and “unsubscribe..”

I would love to see your design suggestions if you have improvements opinions over what described here.

There should be another version of the mailer template for a “Thank you ….. We have received your feedback..” system message.

Please include free licensed images where you wish to include an image in the design.
Graphic materials that will be sent in handover need to be in vector, layers needs to be used correctly and not rasterized, and images\every other material included as part of the design, needs to be sent in high quality (photoshop, illustrator, indesign formats).
