Looking for a more modern, Responsive Friendly, website mockup/design for a local index.
The current site is http://www.destindirect.com, this is a very old site and needs a more modern layout. The site basically displays lists of business listings.

Site main page sections:
- main background picture & logo & tagline
- menu (Home Community Visitor INfo, Events, Links, Movies, Weather, Listing Categories some categories have sub categories....)
- main / Home Page
- Events Calendar Page
- Listing Page (with basic listing info and listing image)
- Listing Details with detailed info and reviews at bottom
- Community Links Page
- Contact form form
- contacts incl social networks (Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, VK.COM, Twitter, YouTube)
- footer

Style I prefer: Clean, User Friendly, Responsive Friendly
Scope:
- Site layout/Mockup
- Background images and color scheme
