I would like to hire a graphic designer with great aesthetic and creativity to design me a Christmas novelty card. The card should look like a mugshot - the picture that is taken by the police when a person is arrested - but in Christmas theme. It will have the name of the person on it, plus the crime committed, a serial number, and the name of the police department - I will provide these details. The graphic designer will determine a good layout and additional decorations and graphics that will make it look christmasy but also still recognizable as mugshot. I've attached a copy of a a mugshot which has the more traditional mugshot look - it should be converted to a christmas feel. I would like christmas one to feel like a christmas greeting card, but to still be recognizable as a mugshot. The Police department should be "north pole police department", the crime should be "Reckless Reindeer Endangerment" and the name should be "Sugarplum". There is the possibility of ongoing work to complete a set of 25 cards, especially if you can think creative Elf names and crimes to use.

Files to be provided in photoshop or Gimp format.

The cards are 8.5 inches by 11 inches.

For everybody whom is creating examples showing the woman holding the card - the card she is holding is the product. the woman, the backdrop etc should not be shown. Submissions #3 , #4 #9 are more similar to what I am looking for. #1 and #2 are good too, but need to be more christmasy,without the persons photo

I have added a sample of a mugshot with similiar content and intention, but not in the christmas format. I would like christmas one to feel like a christmas card, but to still be recognizable as a mugshot.
