This is a research and installation job that could lead to development work adding new features later for additional payment.
I'm needing some good open source versions of many django things.
Point of sale (POS)
Learning Managment system (LMS)
Content Management System (CMS)
Employee Management System
Machine Learning and Data analytics

If you can find or know about good open source versions of any of these programs I can pay you to install them, and then pay you extra to modify them and add new features. I'm paying $45 each to install them on my server to the winner(s). $45 for each one.

Needs to be up to date versions when you install them. You have an even better chance of winning if you can show a working version with login username/pw before installing on my server. Screenshots could help if you don't have a working version.

General Requirements for my projects:
django/python 3 with bootstrap built on rest api, Nginx, react.js, responsive site, green unicorn. (not all tech maybe required for this job)
Also we prefer python 3.6 and not 2.7
Depending on which version of django you use you may need install it in a virtual environment using virtual EnV
all of our server are running Ubuntu Server 18.04 or 16.04 at the earliest
So use linux environment. Not windows.
Use relational type database for any that are required.
For databases if required use Posgresql only.
