in settings there should be
1) logout
2) my info(in info he has name, email)
3) change language
4) notifiction on or off
5) rate the app

settings button can be here(maybe hamburger button) make sure its clear shown.. or put settings at the bottom along with the live supoort button im not sure were will fit right... it has to be clear to the customer ....

can you try different icon ? or different colour for the icon from light green u used to white ?? i dont know.. find something creative :)
