The stock image used on this image is not free at all. It needs 15 USD to purchase the image and use as individual. The freelancer is giving false information saying it's free which is not. Already reported to freelancer and hopefully appropriate action will be taken against him. Contest holder, be aware!!

and buying from vector stock using expanded license costs 30 usd. i don't think this contest holder would want this whether he clearly stated that he needs original artwork and never used before..
