This is an illustration contest.

GlobalChange offers people tokens (like NFTs) for contributing to charity. They are CFTs: Collectible Fungible Tokens. Each one looks like a bill or coin with a face value, so people get the amount, in face value, that they gave to charity.

There is an explainer video here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wDZqCAm-2rkBUrZDTXPtbNBY6muF2VCP/view?usp=sharing

We've already developed baseline art for different denominations of coins and bills. Each denomination has its own personality. There are examples here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1pY_1yxN_fbQTcJRMgdUWLFCvso9biOAJgV5qR9nK5pU/edit#gid=97712699

Now, the contest is for you to illustrate charity-specific bills and coins based on the baseline series we have already made. Take a look through the characters and personalities. What would Pennzy, Nicole, Twinda, Quazar, or Haff look like if you got her after donating to a particular rare disease organization? What would Billy or Doublekins look like if you got them after donating to an animal rescue mission? Find some characters that speak to you and find any nonprofits that speak to you.

You do not need to imitate the current style of artwork. As long as the characters and personalities of the coins and bills are recognizable, you can use any style, any perspective, background, etc. Each one you make could be a different style, if you want. The concept is that GlobalChange will have a variety of interesting and unique artwork to help incentivize giving to particular charities.

So go pick some different charities of your choice from CharityNavigator.org. Then draw what some bills/coins would look like if they were issued by those charities.

Labeling each one you make so it is clear what nonprofit you have selected and who the character is.

Take a look through GlobalChange.io for more details.

We hope to use art from this contest to actually distribute to people who give to that particular charity. Artists who can make a variety of art for nonprofits would be great to find to work with, to contribute their art for the benefit of nonprofits.

Anyway now that I’m seeing responses that meet a brief, I love them! They’re just great. How could I choose? I’d like to keep articulating how to fulfill what I am looking for, to know what to strive for. And already I’m sad that I don’t have funds to buy all of them. As the website explains, I’m trying to build up a set of images that donors can get as collectible fungible tokens by donating to specific nonprofits, to use as cryptocurrency. Cute is good, collectible is good, numerous would be good, as you might imagine, to be most useful to such a project. I don’t have external funding for this project so I’m paying out of pocket. Otherwise I’d try to buy them all!! Thanks!!!!!!!

Hi, the rejected submissions simply did not address any aspect of the brief and did not in honesty seem to reflect hard work. So I changed the brief to be more meetable. If I rejected your submission and you put work into it, apologies! Feel free to let me know what I was missing, and perhaps there was a file or part of a submission I was unable to see for some reason? There is a guaranteed winner in any case.
