Improve the homepage header for https://www.companyreminder.co.uk/

Just the top section, I need a better design for it, and it to be implemented in my wordpress site. the key message is to stay the same, but the design needs to be more eyecatching for the top slider which says:

'Had a filing penalty'

The rest of the homepage is fine to stay as is. I do not require a full site redesign, just a design and implementation for that top image/text slider. It also must be responsive for mobile/tablet
