3D design required for an office space. small innovative office concept like google or fb office kind of look. more of open space . require workstation for atleast 4 staff and a wall for tv or projecter screen with bar type table or counches to fit atleast 5 people balcony area can also be utilised. the 80 cm door opening can have a hidden door with book shelf. need space to put a small coffee machine , kettle and fridge. require space for 1 printer and storage for files and stationary. parquet flooring.. it more like design studio and collborative meeting place concept. We could use scrap material or anything simple to make it look unique. Signage required on 1 of the walls
