Landing Page Design only the Brand info and logo , subscribe button with entering your e-mail and it says Coming soon shows in the page only and no (CMS) accepted ( PSD ) only the Designer should had designing skills on ( AI ) .
Design standard
1-Design must be responsive for all desktop and all devices (Google plan to index website mobile first)
2-Do not use out links for javascript and css files all files must be in design folders (js , css )
3-Remove unnecessary css or javascript that you do not use it from design
4-Do not use images for icons , you need to use font instead like font awesome or use icons in bootstrap if you use it.
5-Using image format of JPEG 2000, JPEG XR, and WebP for fast download and show image fast with low internet connection .
6-Using Properly size images so we can save bandwidth load page fast so check that article and about file size of image must less than 500 KB for best load

7- Minify CSS and javascript files
8-Design must load in 1 second and use https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ for test speed in both mobile and desktop.
9-Must add alt in img tag and must be good text that describe the image
10- Using main heading (h1, h2) in your design
11-Do not use flash in the design (not good for search engine).
12-Do not use javascript menus (not good for search engine).
13-Test website responsive using http://www.websiteresponsivetest.com/
